The extremely popular and critically-acclaimed "Modern Warfare: 2" has accomplished much since 2009, which is a good and a bad thing. It sold the most games in a single month last year, but was also was one of the most pirated games of the year as well (information from Cnet News). Hopefully Infinity Ward will do something about this quickly, or else the number of illegal downloads of this game will be identical to the number of those that have actually actually have been purchased legally, which will put an extremely large dent in their wallets.
In other news, Microsoft might allow those who love playing Halo to actually play it on the go. Apparently, they might let people play Xbox Live -Compatible games on their their mobile device, Windows Mobile. They are obviously trying to rival the PSP (PlayStation Portable ) and the Nintendo DS (Dual Screen), which will take some catching up to do while the Nintendo DS sales are over 100 million units now, and PSP sales, which are over 50 million.
That concludes our gaming news for today. Happy New Year, everyone!
